Graham’s Theatre work has taken him all over the world, right around the UK, Europe, USA & Canada. It all started with a fascination with Theatre and backstage. His parents were from a theatre and entertainment and arts background and they ran a theatre company performing Elizabethan Jiggs, Plays, Court Concerts and a large scale Medieval Morality Play, around the stately homes and cathedrals in the UK.
This all helped Graham to develop a keen fascination with lighting. For a long while in his childhood, Graham used to create theatre style lights with old tin cans and bulbs and experiment with bits of Cinemoid! Such was this fascination that it eventually led him into the Theatre.
Over 38 years or so, Graham has lit productions in many UK theatres on tours and one off shows. From Thrillers & Comedies to full scale musicals and concerts. He was responsible for lighting the first every production of “Buddy” which began in Plymouth and moved to the Victoria Palace Theatre London. It was the longest running west end musical!
Buddy toured all over for years. It also made its way to Canada and then to Broadway where it sat for 6 months.
